Founded by Aya Suhastra, AS Representation is built upon more than 20 years of experience in integrated marketing communications, public relations, digital communications, crisis communications, and luxury hospitality.

Her career spans some of the world's most respected hospitality brands—including The St. Regis, The Luxury Collection, InterContinental, Waldorf Astoria, and Six Senses—where she has led strategic communications, media relations, brand partnerships, restaurant launches, culinary collaborations, and high-profile campaigns across luxury hotels and premium dining destinations.

With professional experience spanning Jakarta, Bali, the Maldives, and Oman, Aya brings a regional perspective and a deep understanding of the diverse hospitality landscapes across Asia and the Middle East. This international exposure enables her to navigate different markets while creating communications strategies that resonate with both local and global audiences.

Combining in-house leadership with strategic communications expertise, Aya understands not only how to generate meaningful media exposure, but also how hospitality businesses operate from within.
